Please be alert to unusual communications that purport to come from our Firm, partners or employees.

​Fraudsters may impersonate law firms and their personnel in email scams and online frauds, either to persuade the recipient to provide personal or confidential information that can be used to steal money, information or identities, or to request a payment. They may use fake documents to support the scam and/or use different but similar email domains or contact details which deliberately impersonate people at our Firm.​

We will never ask for payments via messaging applications such as WhatsApp. You should always check unexpected requests to route payments to a different bank account. Do not click on links or attachments of suspicious messages and emails. If you receive any unexpected or unusual communications, or something does not feel right, please check that the communication is genuine by calling the person concerned using the contact details on our website, or by calling someone you know at the Firm. Never use the contact details provided in a suspicious email or messaging application.​

We cannot prevent fraudsters from operating these scams and impersonation attempts. If you believe you have been a victim of fraud, you should report the matter to the relevant authorities.
