The Connecticut Federation of Planning and Zoning Agencies
Our Partner Organization
The Connecticut Federation of Planning and Zoning Agencies (CFPZA) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to assisting local land use commissions and boards in designing effective ordinances and performing their duties and responsibilities. Municipal land use boards and commissions can become members of the CFPZA to gain access to centralized land use materials. We offer advice and educational opportunities in the forms of an annual conference, quarterly newsletters, and workshops.
